Joe M. Murray, Jr. passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2008 in Decatur. Graveside Service; 2:00 P.M. Saturday in Harmony Cemetery in Huntsville. Visitation: 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. Friday at White's Funeral Home. Joe was born July 23, 1954 in La Mesa to Joe and Bobbie Murray. He was a longtime resident of Boyd. Joe was a real outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and also liked to draw pictures. He was preceded in death by his father, and a brother. Survivors: mother, Bobbie Edwards of Boyd; sister, Leisa McFarland and husband, A.J. of Palestine, Patty Hart and husband, Richard of Boyd; son, Joe M. Murray, III of Fort Stockton; daughter, Brandi D. Murray of Fort Stockton; also numerous nieces and nephews.
