Ruby A. Wyler Vaughan, a life- long resident of Parker County, died Friday, May 23, 2008.Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday, May 29, 2008 at White's Chapel of Memories in Weatherford. Burial: will follow in East Greenwood Cemetery, Weatherford. Visitation: The family will receive guests 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at White's Funeral Home in Weatherford.Ruby A. Wyler was born in Weatherford, Texas the daughter of the late George W. and Rena M. Wyler. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Brock and enjoyed participating in many ladies civic organizations.Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. James Vaughan.Survivors include sister, Clara David of Fort Worth; brothers, Joe C. Wyler of Fort Worth and Wayne Wyler and wife, Marian of Weatherford; nieces and nephews, Lisa Wyler of Flippin, AR, Charles Wyler, Sherry Wyler, and Larry Wyler all of Weatherford.
