Mary Louise Stevens, 73, a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, of Aledo, passed away Saturday, May 24, 2008 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.Funeral: 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at Centerpoint Baptist Church, Weatherford. Burial: Centerpoint Cemetery following the services. Visitation: The family will receive guests 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at White's Funeral Home, Weatherford. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the American Cancer Society, 3301 W. Freeway, Fort Worth, Texas 76107.Mary Louise was born Dec. 31, 1934 in Parker County, Texas, the daughter of the late Louis and Theaople Nichols. She was a Christian and member of Centerpoint Baptist Church.Survivors include husband, Edwin Stevens; sons, Keith Stevens and wife, Julie of Cleburne, Lyman Stevens and wife, Julie of Aledo; five grandchildren, Tate, Carson, Levi, Casey Jo, and Wyatt; brother, Francis Nichols; aunt, Pearl Stevens; and numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
