Mae Dean Reed

Mae Dean Reed, 69, passed away Thursday, August 28, 2008 in Clifton. Service: 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 2 in White's Azle Chapel. Interment: Aurora Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Monday at White's Funeral Home. Mae Dean was born September 18, 1938 in Memphis, Texas to David and Myrtle Davenport. She was a longtime Laguna Park resident. Mae Dean was an avid gardener, loved flowers and doing crafts. She loved her church and her church family. Mae Dean was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors: husband, Tommy Reed of Laguna Park; daughter, Sherry Schmedt and husband, Randy of Waco; sister, Lalene Cleary and brother, Benny Davenport both of Boyd; also survived by grandchildren, Melissa, Ryan, Tommy, Brett, Michael, Taran and Katy; numerous other relatives and friends.
