Barbara Lee Hamilton

Barbara Hamilton, 82, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2008 in Fort Worth. Graveside Service: 11:00 A.M. Friday in Houston National Cemetery, Houston. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday at White's Azle Funeral Home.Barbara was born January 15, 1926 in Pleasanton to the late Lester and Erma Baird. She was always there for her family. Barbara was a wonderful seamstress and homemaker and she loved to help her children with special projects. She taught her daughters to love nature. Barbara was very proud of her husband, Willard. She traveled around Europe with her family while her husband was stationed in Germany. Barbara had lived in Azle for 44 years and was a former officer of the Begonia Society for more than 20 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Hamilton in 2001, daughter, Adrianne Anne Hamilton in 1999 and her parents.Survivors: daughter, Linda Reid and husband, Joe C. of Houston; grandson, Lance C. Reid and wife, Carla of Houston; granddaughter, Monica Easton of Houston; great-grandsons, Dax, Dylan and Dalton; and great-granddaughter, Laken and a host of loving friends.
