Dorothy Maye Gundlach

Dorothy Maye Gundlach, 79, went home to be with her Lord on September 7, 2008. Funeral Service: 10:00 A.M. Wednesday in White's Azle Chapel. Interment: 3:00 P.M. Wednesday in Rule Cemetery.Dorothy was born October 28, 1928 in Rule to Roy and Pearl Foster. She was a member of Ash Creek Baptist Church in Azle. Dorothy was a published author who loved to write stories about her faith, family and friends. She was Admissions Director at the LaDora Lodge, she showed a lot of care and compassion to all the residents for many years. Dorothy was loved by all of her family and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by a son, Danny Gundlach. Survivors: husband, Paul Gundlach; daughter, Paula Gundlach; granddaughter, Pam McLaughlin and husband, Tom; four great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
