Donald Cleland Pointer

Donald C. Pointer, Sr., 65, went to be with the Lord on Sunday,Sept. 14, 2008. Funeral: 11 a.m. Thursday at White's Azle Funeral Home Interment: City of Lubbock Cemetery 2 pm Friday Visitation: 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home Mr. Pointer was a former resident of Fort Worth and Alvord. Donald was an avid outdoorsman, a great domino player, and a fan of the Redskins. He will be dearly missed as he was a loving father. Survivors: Children, Donisha Harris and husband, Brian of Azle, Ruby Baker of Fort Worth, Donald Pointer and wife,Brandy of Springtown; brother, Jackie Bob Pointer and wife, Betty of Alvord; grandchildren, Bruce Baker, Justin Kates, Brittany Baker, Joshua Kates, Tori, Bailey, and Lane Pointer; nephews, Jackie Lee Pointer, Bobby Pointer and wife, Bobbie; nieces, Brenda, Katie, and Jordan Pointer
