Kayden Michael Dusek, an infant, passed away Saturday, October 4, 2008 in Fort Worth. Service: 1:00 P.M. Wednesday in White's Azle Chapel. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Tuesday at White's Azle Funeral Home. Interment: Azleland Cemetery.Kayden was born January 29, 2008 in Fort Worth to Ryan and Nicole Dusek. Kayden was a blessing to our family. He was an angel with a beautiful smile that would light up his face. Kayden loved bath time, snuggling and getting kisses. He was a fighter throughout his life and will be dearly missed. Kayden was preceded in death by his uncle, Mike Dusek.Survivors: Parents, Ryan and Nikki Dusek of Azle; brother, Gage Dusek; maternal grandmother, Cindy and David Russell of Azle; maternal grandfather, Tommy L. Mays III of Fort Worth; paternal grandparents, Troy and Christy Dusek of Azle; great-grandparents, Bill and Cynthia Dusek of Azle, Tommy May, Jr. and Margaret of Haltom City, and Bill and Norma Scott of Azle; Uncle Blake; Aunt Callie; cousins, Carson and Madison and many more loving family members.
