Johnny Junior Mitchell

Johnny "Junior" Mitchell, 70, went to Heaven, a beautifully landscaped garden, to be with his wife on Thursday, Oct. 16, 2008 Funeral services: 10 a.m., Saturday at White's Chapel of Memories. Interment: Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation: 5-8 p.m. Friday at White's Funeral Home. Johnny Mitchell was born March 28, 1938 the son of Johnny and Julie Mitchell. He was raised in Colleyville and a longtime Weatherford resident. Junior owned and operated Junior Landscape Service. His job was a love of his, and it showed in his beautiful landscape work. Junior was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby and his parents. Survivors: daughter, Salina Salinas and husband, Daniel of Weatherford; grandchildren, Shyiann Mitchell, Daniel, Amber, Sequia, and Johnnycruz Salinas; great-grandchildren, John and Cherish Burke; two brothers; three sisters; and numerous nieces and nephews.
