Katherine W Teel

Katherine Teel passed away Monday, Dec. 29, 2008 at the age of 70. Graveside Service: 10 a.m., Monday, Jan. 5, 2009 at Memory Gardens of the Valley Cemetery. Memorial Service: Noon at Central Christian Church 1602 S. Main, Weatherford. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday at White's Funeral Home in Weatherford. She was born Katherine Jane Woodley on July 24, 1938 to Arthur Hal and Dorothy Woodley in El Paso. Katherine was a graduate of Texas Western College and taught in the El Paso and Ysleta Independent School Districts for 30 years. Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Billy John Teel; son, William and wife, Joanne of Carrollton; daughter, Sharmon of Weatherford; grandchildren, Alexa and Kyle; brother, Jack Woodley of Tipplersville, Miss.; and sisters, Nancy Hoben of Auburn, Wash., and Sally Jones of Bryan.
