Ruthie Laurene Marsh

Ruthie "Rene" Laurene Marsh, 88, passed away on Monday, October 19, 2009. Visitation: 11:00 A.M. to 1 P.M. Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at White's Azle Funeral Home. She was born October 30, 1920 in Graham to Farris Garrison and Laura Bell Mask. Rene met and married Willard Marsh in Graham, they lived most of their married life in Azle. In recent years, she lived in the Park View Apartments located in Weatherford. Rene became well known in the Senior Center as a very lucky Bingo player. She left behind for her family a collection of her beautiful art work. Rene will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Willard preceded her in death on October 8, 1989. Surviving Rene are her loving children Bryan Marsh of Weatherford, and La Vern Marsh of Austin. She will also be missed by her two long time friends, Kathy Wheeler and Lucille Foust. The three friends have enjoyed sharing their birthdays for many years.
