AZLE -- C.A. "Andy" Dunlap Jr., 78, passed away Friday, Oct. 30, 2009, at a Fort Worth hospital. Graveside service: 2 p.m. Tuesday in Whitt Cemetery, Whitt. Visitation: 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at White's Funeral Home, 130 Houston Avenue, Weatherford. The funeral cortege will depart the funeral home at 12:30 Tuesday. Corbert Andrew Dunlap was born Jan. 26, 1931, in Watonga, Okla., the fourth of six children to Andrew Corbert and Nellie June Boyd Dunlap. Andy was a craftsman and was especially fond of woodworking. He was involved in historical re-enactments and enjoyed genealogy. Andy was married to the former Mary Ann Buster Dunlap for 46 years prior to her passing in 2007. Andy honorably served his country in the United States Air Force and retired from Lockheed Martin after many years of dedicated service. Andy was a Baptist. Andy was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Dunlap; his parents; four brothers; and one sister. Survivors: Sons, Andrew Dunlap and wife, Karen, of Azle, Larry "Gedy" Dunlap and wife, Peggy, of Whitt, and Michael Dunlap of Springtown; daughter, Kathy Reynolds and husband, Bruce, of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Rebekah Byrne and husband, Jason, of Fort Worth, Joshua Dunlap of Lubbock, Jeani Wallace and husband, Joe of Ft. Worth, Shanna Dunlap Lamb of Grand Prairie, Benjamin Dunlap of Fort Worth, Charlie Michael Dunlap, Shawn Daniels Dunlap both of Las Vegas, Nev., Cody and Bruce Reynolds both of Fort Worth; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of loving family and friends.
