Betty Josephine Rollins McKelvey, 81, passed away Saturday, November 14, 2009.Funeral Services: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, White's Funeral Home - Azle Chapel. Interment: Proctor Cemetery. Visitation: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.Betty Jo was born May 28, 1928 to the late Ernest J. and Ethel Owens Rollins in Pilot Point. She retired from the Azle ISD, where she was a cafeteria worker.Betty Jo was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles in 2003 and her brother, Bill Rollins.Survivors: Daughter, Reta Formanek of Azle; sons, Robert and David McKelvey both of Fort Worth; sister, Lucy Lewis; grandchildren, Heather, Michael, Kimberly and LeeAnne; great-grandchildren, Courtney, Jordan and Bryce.
