Jewel Naomi Walls Pattillo

Jewel Walls Pattillo, 105, passed away Sunday, December 13, 2009 inMineral Wells. Service: 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at White's Mineral Wells Funeral Home. Visitation: 9 A.M. until service time. Interment: Woodland Park Cemetery. Jewel was born September 2, 1904 in Lone Camp to William and Matte Carisle Walls. She was a long time resident of Palo Pinto County. Jewel was an avid reader, liked to watch the Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys andFort Worth Cats. She taught school for 48 years. Jewel was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers; and twosisters. Survivors: nephews, R. T. Walls of Mineral Wells, Billy Walls ofDallas, Michael Patillo of Weatherford, Ladd Patillo and PatrickPatillo both of Austin; nieces, Joyce Baker of California, and JoyElliott of Cleburne; and a host of other relatives, friends andacquaintances.
