Marjorie Hotchkiss, 85, passed away Wednesday, January 14, 2010 in Azle. Funeral Service: 11:00 A.M. Saturday, January 16 in White's Azle Chapel. Interment: Jay Bird Cemetery. Visitation: 1 to 4 P.M. Friday at White's Azle Funeral Home.Majorie was born October 1, 1924 in Wise County to Ray and Lillie Freeman Newby. She was a longtime resident of Wichita Falls. Marjorie was always ready to give a helping hand and was loved by family and care givers.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Hotchkiss; and two brothers.Survivors: daughters, Kathy Ehlert and special friend, Tim Drenkhahn, and Rhonda Vaughan, grandchildren, Angelia and husband, Marc, Kyndall; great-grandchildren, Trey and Jayden, Ayla and Brandon; brother, Benny Newby; and numerous other relative and friends.
