Byron Wall, 52, a retired USAF Lieutenant Colonel, went to be with his Lord, Thursday, January 21, 2010. Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday at White's Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Interment: Pending in Greenwood Cemetery in Montgomery, Ala. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at White's Funeral Home. Byron was born Oct. 21, 1957, son of Curtis Jackson and Edna Holman Wall in Montgomery, Ala. He married the former Katharine Bishop in Sacramento, Calif. A former resident of Albuquerque, N.M., Byron and his family moved to Texas six years ago. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Springtown. Byron graduated in 1976 from Robert E. Lee High School in Montgomery, Ala. He continued his education graduating from Auburn University with both an Aeronautical and Electrical Engineering Degree and earned his Master's Degree from Boston University. Byron was employed at Lockheed Martin for seven years. Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Katharine Wall of Springtown; parents, Curtis and Edna Wall of Montgomery, Ala; children, Ryan Wall of San Antonio, Adam Wall and wife, Elizabeth, of Denton, Katie, Maggie, Rosalee, Eric and Abigail Wall, all of Springtown; brother, Curtis Wall and wife, Kim, of McDonough, Ga.; niece, Natasha Wall; and nephew, Trey Wall.
