Poolville -- Shelby Mansell, 48, passed away Monday, March 15, 2010. Funeral: 2:00 p.m. Thursday at White's Funeral Home. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Shelby Mansell was born June 20, 1961 to Charlie and Viola Mansell in Decatur. He was a general mechanic and driver for Mansell Trucking for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents.
