Daniel Lee Posey, 53, a loving husband, son, father and grandfather, passed away Saturday, April 3, 2010 in Azle. Funeral Service: 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 9 at White's Funeral Home. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday, April 8 at White's Azle Funeral Home, 105 Denver Trail, Azle. Daniel was born February 9, 1957 in Camp Crowder, MO. to George E. and Blanche Qualls Posey. He graduated from Auburn University in 1983. Daniel loved sci-fi movies and computers. He was employed at Lockheed-Martin. Daniel was preceded in death by his father, George Posey; and granddaughter, Kaylee Breann Gould. Survivors; loving wife, Patricia Posey of Azle; daughters, Brenda Hampton and husband, Coleman of Springtown, Jeane Sweeney of Azle, Jettie Kaye Berry of Azle; grandchildren, Keith West, Elizabeth Miller, Kori Sweeney, Whitney McCormick,Brandon Bailey and Landon Hampton; mother, Blanche Posey of Alabama; sisters, Rose and Rhonda of Alabama; brothers, Mike of Alabama and Richard of North Carolina; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of loving family and friends.
