Charles Wayne Burnham

Charlie Burnham, 62, loving husband, father, uncle, grandfather and brother, passed away Sunday, April 11, 2010, at a local hospital.Private Service to be held at a later date.Charlie was born Nov. 3, 1947, to Alton and Alice Hillis Burnham, in Michigan, the eighth of ten children. He married Shirley White on April 27, 1990 in Fort Worth and they began their life together. Charlie was a resident of Springtown for 20 years and he made his career as an auto mechanic. Charlie loved to fish and to be outdoors, but most of all, he loved his family, especially his grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, one sister and son-in-law, Chris Gates.Survivors: Wife of 20 years, Shirley Burnham; children, Jenny and Ricky Fisher, Billy and Rhonda Gannon, Jessie Gates and Jesse Quintana; grandchildren, Taylor and Tailyn Fisher, Emily, Devon and Samantha Gannon, Christopher Clayton, Christian Gates and Jesse Quintana, Jr.; and a host of loving family and friends.
