Gary Dale James, 59, passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2010. Graveside service: 2 p.m. Tuesday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Tues. at White's Funeral Home, 401 N. Main st., Springtown. Gary was born in Albuquerque, NM on December 7, 1950 to Wilfred "Bud" and Helen James. he was along time resident of Springtown. Gary was an avid fisherman, hunter, and he enjoyed the outdoors. He honorably served his country in the US Navy, retiring after 25 years. Survivors: wife, Frances of Springtown; daughters, Helen Korfe of NM, Kristine Kent of GA, Karrie Roberts of CA; sons, Darrell James of NV, Keith Egan of Springtown, and Claude Tanner III of CA; also eight grandchildren, Stefanie, Donny, Stephen, Amanda, Stephenie, Cody, Samantha and Emmalie; many friends acquaintances world wide.
