Saturday, May 8 in White's Azle Chapel.Interment: Salona Cemetery, Bowie. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Friday at White's Azle Funeral Home, 105 Denver Trail, Azle.Memorials: In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made in Tammy's name to Hospice of East Texas, 411 University Blvd., Tyler, TX. 75701.Tammy was born November 5, 1969 in Denton to Willie Charles Busby and Linda Kay Randles. She was a member of the Baptist church. Tammy was preceded in death by a niece, Hannah Busby.Survivors: son, Chance Alexander Busby of Tyler; daughter, Ashley Dawn Hardison and husband, Donald of Tyler; parents, Willie Charles Busby of Nocona and Linda Randles of Azle; brothers, Tony Dean Busby and wife, Kimberly of Texarkana, Terry Charles Busby and wife, Connie of Tyler and James Allen Busby and wife, Stephanie of Tyler; grandson, Donald Hardison, III; nephews, Patrick, Joshua, Kiefer, and James,Jr.; nieces, Elizabeth, Chasity, and Haleigh; great-nieces, Katie Beth and Kylie.
