Richard Lyle Freeman

Richard Freeman, 74, passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at his residence. Graveside Service: 10:00 A.M. Friday at Azleland Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday, May 13 at White's Azle Funeral Home. Richard was born May 25, 1935 in S. Bethlehem, Pa. to Carl Lee and Henrietta Marie Freeman. He had lived in the Azle area for 28 years. Richard retired from the United States Army as a Master Sgt. He is also retired as Water Supertindent for the City of Azle. Richard is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Donald Freeman; sisters, Barbara Catchpole and Shirley Bradley. Survivors: wife of 49 years, Micheline Freeman of Azle; sons, Carl Freeman and wife, Tracey of Azle and Christopher Freeman of Montreal, Canada; and five grandchildren.
