Theodore Henry

Theodore "Ted" Henry, 88, loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2010 in Fort Worth. Service: 11:00 A.M. Friday at Azle Church of Christ. Interment: 1:00 P.M. Saturday in Brown Cemetery in Barney Community, Arkansas. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday at White's Azle Funeral Home.Ted was born March 28, 1922 to Charles and Josie Shillings Henry in Mt.Vernon AR. He and his wife, Maedean were longtime members of the Azle Church of Christ, where he served as an Elder for many years. Ted honorably served his country in the Army Air Force in World War II. He worked for Bell Helicopter for 40 years.Ted was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Maedean Henry in 2007; and one brother.Survivors; daughters, Pamala Ewing and husband, Pat, Peggy Hammond and husband, Robert; grandchildren, Elizabeth and Jon Betchick, Gideon and Alicia Ewing, Caleb Ewing, Rachel Ewing, Haley and Jeremy Davis, Honor Hammond and Heath Hammond; great-grandchildren, Eleanor Ewing and Jack Henry Betchick; brothers Paul Henry of AR. and Charles Henry and wife, Carmitta of Lakeside.
