Jerry Allen Wright

Jerry Allen Wright "Paw-Paw," 70, of Weatherford died Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010, at a Fort Worth hospital. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Saturday in Memory Gardens of the Valley on Mineral Wells Highway in Weatherford. Jerry was born in Carbondale, Ill., on Jan. 23, 1940, and lived in Weatherford for 26 years. He was a retired carpenter. He was Baptist by faith, and he loved the Texas Rangers! Jerry loved fishing and anything to do with his grandkids and family. Survivors: Wife of 53 years, Sandy Wright "Maw-Maw" of Weatherford; mother, Nellie Wright; daughters, Stacey Stephens, Sherry Peoples and Becky Hanley; grandchildren, Josh, Seth, Sam, Tanner, Michael and Shelby; great-grandchild, Jayke; and siblings, Beverly Parum and husband, Charles, Gary Wright and wife, Lynnette, Larry Wright, and Janet Walker and husband, Danny.
