Maud Laverne Wood

Maud Laverne Wood, 92, went to be with her Lord on January 21, 2011 in Fort Worth. Graveside Service: 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 25 in Ash Creek Cemetery. Visitation: 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Tuesday at White's Azle Funeral Home before the graveside service. Pastor Jerry Hendrix will be officiating. Laverne was born February 4, 1918 to John Belle and Maud Gilley Wood. She was a lifetime member of Elm Grove Baptist Chruch in the Silver Creek Community. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors: Several cousins and their familes.
