WEATHERFORD -- Virginia Juvenal, 88, passed away Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011, in Weatherford. Memorial service: 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011, in White's Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 29, 2011, at the funeral home. Virginia Lee Juvenal was born Jan. 25, 1923, in Albany, Mo., the eldest of three children to the late John Tilman and Edith Sexton Floyd. She married Charles B. Juvenal and they shared 61 loving years. Virginia made her career as a school teacher and taught in Omaha, Neb. for 39 years, 25 of those in the same classroom. She liked to sew and would make vests and sweatshirts to sell at hobby fairs. In addition to her crafts, Virginia was a cat lover, particularly Siamese cats. Before she and Charles moved to Texas permanently, they loved to spend their winters in south Texas. Virginia was preceded in death by her parents; brother, J.T. Floyd; and sister, Norma T. Fisher. Survivors: Husband, Charles Juvenal of Weatherford; nephew, John Fisher and wife, Annie, of Weatherford; great-nieces, Shawna K. Fisher and husband, Charles Russell, of Overland Park, Kan., Kara L. Petersen and husband, Ken, of Gulf Breeze, Fla., Lacy J. Crotts and husband, Jeremy, of Frisco, and Mary L.
