Norma Jean Taff Helbing

Norma Jean Taff Helbing, 72, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, May 18, 2011 in Fort Worth with her family by her side. No formal service is planned. In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made in honor of Norma Jean to Community Hospice of Texas, Hospice House Downtown, 1111 Summit Ave., Fort Worth, TX 76102. Norma Jean was born February 2, 1939 in Montague County to August Corbin Taff and Blanche Eliza Abbott Taff. She graduated from Cozart Nursing School as an LVN. Norma Jean was prededed in death by her parents; four brothers; and one sister. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Rest in peace Norma Jean. Survivors; Ex-husband, Calvin Helbing; son, Mike Darden both of Azle; daughters, Pam Crist and husband, Larry of Saginaw, Jacqueline Daniel and husband, Danny of Willow Park and Darla Parnell and husband, Jerry; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Claude L. Taff; several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
