Mary Sue Lyons

On Friday, July 1, 2011 at 8:10 p.m. while at Manor Care in Richland Hills, Mary Sue Dolbin Lyons, nee Williams and born in Dallas, Texas, July 12, 1922, went home into the loving arms of Jesus Christ, a journey for which she was prepared and to which she looked forward. Services: Wednesday, July 6 at 11:00 a.m. at Whites Funeral Home in Azle. Visitation: Tuesday, July 5 from 6 to 8 p.m. She was preceded in death by James Calvin Lyons, the father of her children; James Robert Lyons (wife Sandra), Luther Alan Lyons, and Dallas Sue Lyons. Surviving grandchildren are Lisa Lyons Daugherty (husband Daren), James Robert Lyons II (wife Brandi), Christopher Lee Lyons (partner Kyle), and Reesa Caitlin Lyons-Baker (fiancee Jon). She is also survived by her much loved great grandchildren Whitney Diane Earley (husband Jake), Brooke Nicole Daugherty, Jami Rene Lyons, Christopher Calvin Lyons, Brandon Wayne Lyons and Shelbi Moorehead, along with numerous relatives in the Dallas area. It is with great sadness we say goodbye, but with greater happiness knowing her soul has been commended to God for All Eternity.
