Larry Baron Keaton

Larry Baron Keaton, 70, of Park Forest, Illinois, passed away at 1:45 a.m. July 8, 2011 at his home in Park Forest. He was born on March 24th, 1941 in San Antonio, Texas, the beloved son of Mary Elizabeth Keaton and R. Roy Keaton. Larry was a veteran of the Vietnam War who lived most of his life in Park Forest. He traveled extensively in his work as a Field Service Engineer and after his retirement in 2001, he still enjoyed relaying stories of the exotic places he visited such as the Philippines and Israel. Larry also enjoyed fishing, hunting and working on cars. He spent most of his time since retirement building street rods and was extremely proud of his custom 1934 Ford 3-window coupe! Larry is survived by his son, Calvin Keaton, his daughter, April Keaton, his sister, Sherry Brennan, his daughter-in-law, Anna Keaton, his son-in-law, Greg Muchnik, as well as five wonderful grandchildren; Sydney Muchnik, Kassi Pickel, Ethan Muchnik, Noah Keaton, and Owen Keaton.
