He was a long time resident of Millsap.Joe Frank was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Fontaine; a daughter and three brothers.Survivors: Son, Raymond Barnes of Millsap; daughter, Sandy Lee and husband, Douglas, of Millsap; grandchildren, Josey May and her father, Larry May, of Millsap, Mark Lee of Hudson Oaks and Sam Lee and wife, Lori, of Mineral Wells; great-grandchildren, Calen, Jayde and Averee; sisters, Mary Sanders of Burleson and Linda Barnes of Millsap; brother, T. J. Barnes and wife, Ramona, of Cleburne; numerous other relatives, friends and acquaintances.
