Betty Lee Williams Pope Southern, 86, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, passed away Thursday, September 1, 2011 in Fort Worth.Funeral Service: 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at Agnes Independent Baptist Church, 350 Agnes North, Springtown Interment: Poolville CemeteryVisitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at White's Funeral Home, 401 N. Main Street, Springtown.Memorial contributions may be made to Agnes Independent Baptist Church or to a charity of your choice.Betty was born April 27, 1925 to Thomas A. and Lessie Waters Moore in Poolville. She was a life time resident of Poolville. Her church, children and grandchildren were the highlight of her life. Betty served others through her nursing career as an LVN.She was preceded in death by her husbands; her parents; two sisters and two brothers.Survivors: son, Jimmy Williams and wife, Ellen, of Haltom City; daughter, Doris Williams of Poolville; son, Tommy Williams and wife, Alice, of Weatherford; brother, Foy Moore and wife, Ann, of Springtown; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; beloved dog, Mia; and many other family members, church family and friends.
