Larry Don Hughes

Larry Don Hughes, 62, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2011 in Azle with his loving family at his side. Memorial Service: Noon Friday, September 16 at White's Azle Chapel. Larry Don was born to Archie and Stella Hall Hughes in Fort Worth on August 6, 1949. He was long time resident of Springtown. Larry Don was an avid sports fan, he loved fishing, golf and bowling. He was a very hard worker, who dearly loved his family. Larry honorably served his country in the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents; and niece, Teresa White. Survivors: daughter, Shawnda Hughes of Fort Worth; sons, Chris Hughes and wife, Jana of White Settlement, and Brandon Hughes of Springtown; sister, Patricia White and husband, Dean of Calif.; grandchildren, Brittany, Auston, Hailey and Jaime; also his beloved pets, Mia and Mugsy.
