Larry James Harris

WEATHERFORD -- Larry James Harris, 54, devoted and loving husband, son, brother and uncle, passed away Friday, Feb. 13, 2015. Funeral Service: 11 a.m. Friday in White's Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Interment: Memory Gardens of the Valley, 5600 Mineral Wells Hwy., Weatherford. Visitation: 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Larry was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on Sept. 16, 1960 to James and Sue Harris. He was owner of Gator Paint and Detail in Weatherford. Larry loved riding his Harley, playing guitar, drawing, and spending time with his family and his dog, Precious. He was a very kind-hearted and gentle man. Larry will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew him. He was preceded in death by his wife, Leigh; his father; and grandparents. Survivors: Mother, Sue Harris West; grandmother, Irene Lankford; sisters, Wanda Clements and Kathy Autry; brother-in-law, Frank Autry; nephew, James Clements; nieces, Susan Autry and Sarah Clements Nabors and their spouses, Liam O'Donnell and Cole Nabors; and great-nephew, Connor Nabors.
