WEATHERFORD -- Billie Joyce Hutchins Towles, "Pama" was born on July 8, 1926 and celebrated her glorious homecoming Feb. 20, 2015. Funeral Service will be Monday, Feb. 23rd, 11:00 a.m. at Willow Park Baptist Church, 129 S. Ranch House Rd., Willow Park. Viewing one hour before the service. Family visitation immediately following the service in the church Reach Out Center. Memorials: In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the church building fund. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Towles; her parents; and three siblings. She leaves behind a legacy of five children, Vicki, Jerry, Tony, Rocky and Joni; 16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren and her special friend, Claude Cross.
