Delilah Lewis Phillips, 100, passed into the arms of her Lord on Wednesday, March 11, 2015, surrounded by her loving family.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday at Aledo Church of Christ, 201 FM 1187 South, Aledo.
Interment: Aledo Brown Cemetery, Aledo.
Visitation: 1 - 2 p.m. Friday at the church.
Delilah was born Sept. 14, 1914, in Salisaw, Okla., daughter of Gilbert and Nora Lewis. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Delilah had been a faithful member of the Aledo Church of Christ since 1972. She loved the outdoors and tended her garden and yard until she turned 95.
Delilah was preceded in death by her husband, Tommie Phillips; and sons, Wayne Phillips and Paul Phillips.
Survivors: Daughter, Glennetta Dugan and husband, O.C.; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; brother, Vernon Dale Lewis; sister, Frances Adams; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and loving friends.
