Muriel June Gandee

WEATHERFORD -- Muriel June Kilpatrick Gandee, 84, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2015. Funeral: 3 p.m. Friday in White's Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Interment: Oakland Cemetery, Weatherford. Visitation: 1 to 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Muriel was born in Breckenridge on Oct. 12, 1930, daughter of Edward Kilpatrick and Myrtle King Kilpatrick. She attended Breckenridge High School. Muriel was married to Joe Darrell Westmoreland in 1951, and they were married for 17 years. She later married Lee Britt Gandee Jr. in 1969. Muriel was a caregiver and housewife all her adult life. She enjoyed her family and friends and she also enjoyed traveling. Muriel was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Britt Gandee Jr.; and her parents. Survivors: Son, Darrell Westmoreland and wife, Rosana; daughter, Sheree Faulkner and husband, Donald; son, Kevin Westmoreland; grandchildren, Eric and Adam Faulkner, Autumn Singleton, Sarah Jordan Faulkner, Melanie Maria and Daniela June Westmoreland; five great-grandchildren; and many other loving family members and friends.
