WEATHERFORD -- Marisa Carol Thomas, 47, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, passed away Sunday, May 31, 2015. Funeral Service: 2 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church of Lakeside, 8801 Jacksboro Hwy., Fort Worth. Interment: Annetta Cemetery, Annetta. Visitation: 6 - 8 p.m. Wednesday at White's Funeral Home, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Marisa was born September 27, 1967 in Weatherford. She graduated from Weatherford High School in 1986. Marisa worked as a billing specialist for Texas Health Resources for 16 years. She loved to travel. Marisa loved her family very much, they were everything to her. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Marjorie and Harold Corder; and her paternal grandparents, J.A. Key and Patricia Walker. Survivors: Husband of five years, Ray Thomas; children, Hailey and Wesley Thomas; mother, Nancy Edwards and husband, Richard; father, James Key and wife, Pat; brother, Alan Edwards and wife, Katie; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Kenneth "Buck" and Beverly Thomas; many nieces and nephews; and many other loving family members and friends.
