Kendale Ray Wanser

Kendale Ray Wanser was born on June 25, 1958 at Carswell Air Force Base in Fort Worth, Texas. He was the youngest of three children born to Edward and Pauline Wanser. Kenny moved to Springtown, Texas in 1968 and resided there the remainder of his life. He graduated from Springtown High School in 1976 and began a life-long career as a welder, construction worker and supervisor. Although he worked for different companies and even had his own welding service during his life, Kenny landed at Schwob Building Co. Inc.. Through his 23 years of service with Schwob, he had attained the position of superintendent of construction. Kenny married Theresa Lynn Williams on July 30, 2004 in Springtown. He and Theresa enjoyed playing golf and riding motorcycles until he was stricken with lung cancer in the fall of 2014. He fought this deadly disease vigorously, but lost his battle on June 27, 2015. Services will be held at Whites Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 3:00PM with visitation on Tuesday night from 6:00-8:00PM. He will be laid to eternal peace in the Springtown Cemetery where He joins his Mom and Dad who have passed before him. He is survived by his loving wife, Theresa; brother, Steve Wanser and wife Debbie of Springtown, and sister, Deborah Scott with husband Greg of Justin, Texas. His son, Mac Angus Williams and daughter, Misty Dawn Wanser mourn their loss as well as three (3) grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Kenny will be sorely missed by many friends and neighbors who remember him for being an honest, hard-working man who loved his family and friends.
