WILLOW PARK -- Charles Homer Ogle, 92, beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend, passed away Thursday, Aug. 27, 2015. Funeral Service: 11 a.m. Monday at Church at the Crossing, formerly First Baptist Church of Aledo, 128 Elm Street, Aledo. Interment: At a later date at Hillsboro City Cemetery, Hillsboro, Missouri. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at White's Funeral Home, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Charles was born February 16, 1923 in DeSoto, Missouri, son of Edgar and Violet Shaw Ogle. He honorably and proudly served his country in the United States Army during World War II and was awarded three bronze stars for his service. Charles was a loving husband and father, and a faithful friend. He will be missed by all that had the opportunity to know him. Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Jean; and his parents. Survivors: Son, Mike Ogle and wife, Lisa, of Aledo; daughter, Cathy Lovelace of Atlanta, Georgia; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. White's Funeral Home Weatherford, 817-596-4811
