Mackey Allen

Mackey Bill Allen, Sr., passed away Monday, September 7, 2015. He was born February 1, 1927 in Arlington, Texas. Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at North Oak Church of Christ. Mackey married Judy Grace Lineberger of Valdosta, Georgia, and they celebrated 28 years together. They lived in the Mineral Wells area for 16 years and attended the North Oak Church of Christ. Mackey was in the construction business prior to retirement. He enjoyed the outdoors and especially gardening, and being with his friends. He will be very much missed, for he had a strong personality. He will be remembered for his sweet nature. Survivors: Wife, Judy; children, Janice Allen Wyatt of Duncanville, and Mackey Bill Allen, Jr.; grandchildren, Eric Hansen, Russell Hansen, Brett Hansen and Meredith Southern, Brandon Allen, and Jason Allen; 8 great grandchildren; sister, Maxine Taylor of Rogers, Arkansas; brother, Tim Allen of Salt Lake City, Utah.
