MINERAL WELLS -- Sylvia Ann Martinez, 48, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, life partner and friend, earned her angel wings on Tuesday, September 29, 2015. Funeral Service: 1 p.m. Friday in White's Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Interment: Memory Gardens of the Valley Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at White's Funeral Home. Sylvia was born July 2, 1967 in Weatherford, daughter of Charles and Natalie Martinez. She loved having backyard BBQ's with her family and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, but her passion was her grandchildren. Sylvia worked at Walmart for six years and made some deep friendships there. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Freddy Martinez. Survivors: Partner in life, Fred Haire; daughter, Nicole Spoon and husband, Angel Perez; sons, Joshua Spoon and wife, Amanda and Brandon Davidson; sisters, Sandra Vasquez and husband, Manuel and Christine Guerra and husband, Steven; brothers, Ricky Martinez and wife, Dominga, Randy Galindo and wife, Ancira Ramirez and Christopher Martinez and wife, Heather; seven grandchildren; and many other loving family members and friends.
