WEATHERFORD -- Connie Maddux, 69, a devoted wife and loving mother, passed away Monday, Nov. 16, 2015. Funeral: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Bethesda United Methodist Church, 6657 FM 113 North, Weatherford. Interment: Ballew Springs Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at White's Funeral Home, Mineral Wells. Connie was born April 2, 1946, in Ardmore, Okla. She retired from Southwestern Bell after 25 years. Connie loved to travel. She enjoyed scrapbooking and spending time with her grandchildren. Connie was very generous and spent her life helping others. She was a devoted Christian. She was preceded in death by her brothers, L.B. and Jerry Tharp. Survivors: Husband, Jimmy Maddux; son, Cass Maddux and wife, Mindy; daughters, Lindsey Piano and husband, Brandon; and grandsons, Jared Maddux and Landon Maddux.
