Allie Louise Evans

Allie Owen Evans passed away Thursday, December 3, 2015 in Azle. Allie Louise Evans was born June 4, 1940 in Rising Star to Elisha Andrew Owen and Allie Odessa Owen. Allie will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Also for her talent of sewing quilts for her kids, grandchildren, and great-grand children. She is survived by her Spouse, E.R. Evans of Azle; daughter, Teresa and Patricia Evans of Azle; sister, Connie Jo Woody of Little Elm; brother, Paul Andrew Owen and spouse, Tammy of Leonard; grandson, Jason Downes and spouse, Marissa Barbour of Springtown; granddaughter, Brandie Downes and spouse, John Boyle of Paradise.; four great-grand children, Jacob Downes, Kaylee Downes, Kinsley Downes, and Jaiden Downes; numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations to the American Cancer Society and Hospice Plus.
