Manley Glenn "Tab" Osterhoudt, III, 60, passed away Wednesday, December 30, 2015.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday in White's Funeral Chapel, Weatherford.
Visitation: 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Glenn was born November 26, 1955 in Port Arthur to parents, Manley Glenn Osterhoudt, Jr. and Jackie Nowlin Osterhoudt. He graduated from Baylor University with a degree in business administration. He then went on to earn a Juris Doctorate at Texas Weslyan School of Law in 1997. He began his work in the oil field as a mud engineer in Houston. He then worked as an offshore drilling fluids consultant for Conoco and ARCO. In 1997, he moved to Weatherford, where he owned Maverick Petroleum Corporation.
Survivors: Wife, Valerie Osterhoudt of Weatherford; daughter, Grace Osterhoudt of Weatherford; son, Scott Osterhoudt and wife, Cassandra of Hurst; grandsons, Jackson and Colin Osterhoudt, both of Hurst; sister, Karen Hise of Burleson and Jan Higginbotham of Arlington; both of his parents; and several nieces and nephews.
