Carol Jane Latimer

Carol Jane Latimer, 85, passed away Friday, January 1, 2016. Graveside service: 1:00 P.M. Monday at Memory Gardens in the Valley Cemetery, Weatherford, TX. Memorials: In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of North Texas, 2630 W. Frwy., Ste. 100, Fort Worth, TX 76102-9845. Carol was born January 30, 1930 in Littlefield to John A. and Berta Michaels Talburt. She was a member of the United Methodist Church for many years. Carol was an artist in both quiltmaking and painting and also loved to garden. Carol was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Doris Hill; and brother, Johnny Talburt. Survivors: Husband of 67 years, Forrest Latimer; son, Jason Latimer and wife, Fran; daughter, Cheryl Stockdale; grandson, Will Latimer; granddaughter, Stacy Trotter; great-granddaughter, Jessica Latimer.
