Charles David Johnson

WEATHERFORD -- Charles David Johnson, 82, passed away Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016. Graveside service: 1 p.m. Thursday in East Greenwood Cemetery, Weatherford. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at White's Funeral Home, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Charles was born Dec. 12, 1933, to David Lowery and Jessie Pearl Harrison Johnson in Memphis. He was a rancher most of his life and he loved to rodeo. Charles was a longtime member of the Parker County Sheriff's Posse. Survivors: Wife, Peggy Johnson; daughter, Ginger Johnson and husband, Keith; sons, Joe Johnson and wife, Lana, and Stoney Johnson and wife, Michelle; five grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two stepgreat-grandchildren; and many other loving family members and friends.
