Robert "Bob" Marvin Hinkley

WEATHERFORD -- Robert "Bob" Marvin Hinkley, 79, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016. Open visitation: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday at White's Funeral Home, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford, 76086. Burial: Detroit Cemetery in Detroit, Texas. Bob was born November 30, 1936 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He graduated from Howard College, West Texas State, and Western New Mexico University ultimately obtaining his Bachelor of Science Degree in math and his Master's Degree in counseling. He married the love of his life, Janice Graham, on June 3, 1967 in Roswell, New Mexico and they spent many wonderful years together. They moved to Hudson Oaks in 1983 and in 1984 they both became dedicated members of First Baptist Church of Willow Park. He loved the church and he loved Jesus with all of his heart. Bob was preceded in death by his parents and his brother. Survivors: loving wife, Janice; niece, Linda; nephews, Jason and Jimmy; and a loving church family.
