James Steven Williams

James Steven Williams, known to his closest friends as "Grub", passed away Thursday, June 9, 2016 after a long battle with diabetes. Visitation: 2 to 4 P.M. Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at White's Azle Funeral Home. Steve grew up in Crowley and graduated from Crowley High School. He was an avid sports fan and adored his TCU Frogs, Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys. Steve loved cooking, grilling and hanging out with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carley Gene and Anna Maurice Price Williams; brother, Billy Williams; sister, Laura Haines; and grandparents. Survivors: Sisters, Lynn Duffy and Tammy Kerr; brother, John Rodgers.
