Roy Kitchens

Roy C. Kitchens, 77, was taken home to be with the Lord July 31, 2016. Service: 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 5, 2016 at White's Azle Chapel. Interment: Azleland Memorial Park, 850 N. Cardinal Road, Azle. Visitation: 5 to 7 P.M. at White's Azle Funeral Home. 105 Denver Trail, Azle 76020. Mr. Kitchens was born in Levelland, Texas to Bessie Pearl and William Andrew Kitchens on October 14, 1938. He was a proud Air Force Veteran of the Korean War. Roy was an avid traveler and loved to see the world. In 1978 he moved from Albuquerque, NM to Azle, TX where he owned his own business Modern Sharpening for the last 38 years of his life. He was proceeded in death by T.J., Cleo, Laura Bess, Edna Pearl, Charlie Gene, and Peggy Jean. He is survived by his children, Mary Elizabeth Buhr, Fritz Kitchens, and Carol Greiss; grandchildren, Jennifer Greiss, Breanna, Alana and Michael Keele; and his great-grand daughters McKenna and Hayden Lynne; and brother, Bo.
