Eva Lurlene Lane, 76, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2016 in Springtown. Service: 2:30 PM Friday, September 16th at White's Funeral Chapel, Springtown. Interment to follow at Springtown Cemetery. Visitation: 1:30 to 2:30 PM prior to the service at the funeral home. Lurlene was born December 17, 1939 in Falls County to the late Oscar and Cora Downes. Lurlene was a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and daughter. Lurlene was preceded in death by her: Husband, Freddie Lane; parents; brother, Eugene Downes; and sister, Dorthy Williams. Survivors: Sons, Robert Lane and wife, Pam, Gary Lane and wife, Peggy, Billy Lane and wife, Lynne, Tommy Lane; daughter, Cindy Lane; grandchildren, Matt Lane and wife, Allison, Rebecca Lane, Laura Lane, Amanda DePersio and husband, P.J., Keith Lane, Randall Lane and wife, Christina, Ashley Lane and Josh Parsons; great grandchildren, Anthony, Jack, Sawyer, Emma, Avalee, Walker, Hayden, Harrison, William, and Joseph; brothers, Marvin Downes, Herbert Downes and wife, Jo Ella, and Gerald Downes; sisters, Lois Jablonski and husband, Tom, Brenda Raschke and husband, Gary; Tina Baker; numerous nephews, nieces, family, and friends.
